Your emergency card
If you come off and cannot speak for yourself, the first person to help you needs three things fast: your blood group, what you are allergic to, and who to call. Carry them written down. Fill this in below — it saves to this browser — then print it, fold it, and keep it in your jacket where a helper will look.
Where to keep it
- Inside the jacket, in a clear pocket or taped inside the chest panel — not in a bag that gets separated from you.
- A second copy under the helmet's cheek-pad liner, or on a card in your phone case.
- Tell the group at the briefing where yours is. On a ROAR ride the lead notes who carries what.
What a first responder does with it
They will check for a card before moving you, use the blood group and allergy line to brief the ambulance or hospital, and call your first contact from the scene. Keep it current — update it if your medication, insurance or contacts change. Do not put anything on it you would not want a stranger to read.
This is for you, not for us.
Roar Riders does not collect or store what you type here — it stays in your browser. We just think every rider should carry this, on every ride, whoever they ride with.
Back to the handbook
The first-ride checklist lists this alongside the gear and documents you need on the day.
